EigenaarVerhuurt.nl is a start-up which removes the barrier between home-owners and tenants. Usually, brokers are the usual connection between someone having a house for rent, and someone renting a house. But with EigenaarVerhuurt.nl, home owners and tenants can have direct contact and arrange the renting of a certain home.
The owner of EigenaarVerhuurt.nl approached me to design and develop his website. Built upon WordPress as framework, this site utilized custom user acounts, the ability to add homes, a filter for searching homes and also the ability to place requests for rentals. Users have their own user profile in which they can add homes, buy additional services and view their own home wishlist. This website is run on managed wordpress hosting, providing a blazing fast user experience.
